1. Who controls your data
شمس is the controller of its customer data and determines why it is used. Privacy requests may be sent to ipx076@gmail.com. Ahmed Web supplies the store technology and hosting and processes operational data for the merchant.
2. Data collected
The store may collect: name, email address, phone number, delivery address. Order, payment-status, and technical security records may also be retained.
3. Why data is used
Data is used to fulfil orders, communicate, issue invoices, arrange pickup or delivery, prevent fraud, secure accounts, meet legal obligations, and handle enquiries or disputes.
4. Legal basis and choice
The merchant relies as applicable on contract performance, legal duties, legitimate interests in operating a secure store, and consent where required. Marketing consent may be withdrawn without affecting earlier order processing.
5. Service providers
Necessary data may be shared with hosting, email, and payment providers, and delivery companies selected by the merchant. Providers have their own terms and policies. Customer data is not sold merely because this platform is used.
6. International processing
The merchant or platform may use providers operating in other countries. The merchant must ensure an appropriate basis and safeguards for transfers required by applicable law.
7. Retention
The current operational retention period is 24 months. Data is then deleted or anonymised unless tax, accounting, dispute, or legal duties require longer retention.
8. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, objection, or consent withdrawal where applicable by contacting ipx076@gmail.com. Identity verification may be required.
9. Security
Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, but no electronic method guarantees absolute security. The merchant must secure its account and integrations and restrict access.
10. Merchant and platform roles
This notice belongs to the merchant identified above. The merchant is the independent seller responsible for this notice, its practices, orders, and customers. Ahmed Web is not the product seller, payment provider, or courier. Each party remains responsible for duties that applicable law does not permit it to exclude.
